When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your real legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. okayfun will rely on the information you provide for identity verification and account management purposes.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your okayfun account. You must keep your login credentials โ including your username, password, and OTP codes โ strictly confidential. okayfun will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact okayfun support immediately.
okayfun uses Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identities. KYC may be required before processing withdrawals, claiming certain promotions, or upon request of our compliance team. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine identification cards, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is โฑ300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, okayfun will process withdrawals to a payment method of your choice following verification of your identity and ownership of the destination account.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to two (1โ2) business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
okayfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, account abuse, or suspicious betting patterns are detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe.

All bonus funds awarded to your okayfun account are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. okayfun reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion, exploited a technical error, or engaged in any other conduct that constitutes bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. okayfun reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to players whose registration or play history suggests affiliation with previously bonused accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okayfun and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
okayfun may suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
okayfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false information; suspicious activity or fraud is detected; the player's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to okayfun; or the player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
In cases of account closure where no breach has been established, okayfun will return any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses and pending wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method. In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, okayfun may, at its discretion, withhold some or all of the account balance.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okayfun customer support. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before voluntary closure is processed to allow for reconsideration.
okayfun is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. okayfun provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time limits; reality check reminders; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. All content on the okayfun Platform โ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements โ is the property of okayfun or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, adaptation, or any commercial use of Platform content without okayfun's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, okayfun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages โ including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm โ arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
okayfun's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by the player to okayfun in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okayfun does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.
okayfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okayfun complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the okayfun Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
okayfun operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations for the Philippine market. Players who have unresolved disputes may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory channel.
okayfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform notification system or by SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their account prior to the effective date by contacting okayfun customer support, in which case any real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned.
